Job summary

Elim Solutions Inc. is expanding its Manila operations and seeking a proactive HR & Payroll Specialist to support the Head of People and Culture in Canada. You will manage HR operations across the Philippines and Canada, including recruitment, payroll processing, and compliance.

The role requires EST hours, strong Excel skills, and the ability to collaborate with the Canada-based leadership team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Accounting or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR, payroll, and HR generalist roles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, dashboards).
• Experience with Slack and Zoom; proficient in Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, onboarding.
• Process payroll for Philippines-based employees, ensure compliance with local requirements.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation for PH and Canada; implement HR policies.
• Create dashboards and reports to track HR KPIs and recruitment metrics.
