Job summary

Execo Group is seeking a People Operations Specialist to anchor HR workflows across US, UK, and the Philippines. You will drive payroll coordination via Justworks and BrightPay, manage onboarding, and oversee employee records, benefits, and system setups for a cross-border team.

Reporting to the CHRO, you will help design remote HR processes, maintain handbooks, and support local PH activities while ensuring data integrity across HR systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR Operations or global HR administration.
• Experience with US PEO platforms (Justworks, Gusto, Rippling) and UK payroll tools like BrightPay.

Responsibilities

• Lead semi-monthly US payroll administration via Justworks, tracking updates to salaries, deductions, and state tax setups.
• Execute monthly UK payroll processing via BrightPay, ensuring routine HMRC reporting (RTI) and pension updates are maintained.
• Execute end-to-end onboarding and offboarding for US and UK team members.
• Manage system setup (Justworks, BrightPay, Slack, Google Workspace), collect required documentation, and coordinate laptop/hardware logistics.
• Serve as the first line of support for US employee inquiries regarding Justworks health plans, 401(k), and benefits.
• Escalate complex legal, leave (FMLA/statutory), or compliance questions to Justworks HR advisors or the CHRO.
• Partner with the CHRO to design, document, and refine remote HR workflows, employee handbooks, and internal wikis.
• Maintain clean, accurate employee records across all global HR systems.
• Provide light operational support to the Philippines HR Manager on an as-needed basis.
