Job summary

XURE APP INC is seeking an HR Specialist in the Philippines to manage HRIS, payroll, and employee relations. You will maintain employee records, process payroll, and support engagement initiatives and policy compliance.

The role involves coordination with Finance and management to ensure accurate HR data, timely payroll, and effective HR programs while upholding confidentiality and labor law requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR operations, HRIS, payroll, employee relations, or a similar HR role.
• Experience in payroll processing and HR information systems.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Familiarity with government-mandated employment requirements and statutory contributions.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• High level of confidentiality and integrity when handling employee information.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee information in HRIS and related systems.
• Ensure accuracy of employee records including personal info, status, compensation, attendance, leave, and HR data.
• Manage onboarding, transfers, promotions, regularization, and separation records in HRIS.
• Prepare payroll inputs, process monthly payroll, and reconcile before release.
• Coordinate with Finance on payroll funding and deductions.
• Plan and implement employee engagement activities and events.
• Handle employee concerns and maintain professional relationships.
• Ensure HR transactions and documentation are processed accurately and on time.
• Support HR policy implementation and compliance with labor regulations.
