You’ll help streamline HR processes with AI and automation, and manage records in Rippling and monday.com to scale our HR function globally. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of U.S.-based HR operations experience, excellent English communication, and comfort with remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent
• Strong written and spoken English
• 2+ years HR operations for a U.S.-based company
• Experience with HRIS platforms (Rippling) and project tools (monday.com)
• Proactive, AI-friendly with ability to document processes clearly
• Experience creating SOPs or process materials

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding, ensuring new hires are set up with tech stack
• Audit HR documents, compliance, training, and policy acknowledgements
• Maintain HR records in Rippling and other systems
• Assist sourcing and candidate pipeline management
• Conduct background and reference checks; participate in interviews
• Maintain and update training curricula and SOPs
• Identify opportunities to automate HR workflows and use AI tools
• Create training materials and assessments
