Job summary

SCALIS is seeking an HR Generalist to provide comprehensive support on policies, procedures, compliance, and disciplinary actions. You will oversee onboarding, employee records management, performance tracking, and other HR initiatives.

This role requires 2–3 years in HR, knowledge of local labor laws, and HRIS experience. Remote work with US hours is supported, with benefits and professional development offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Psychology or Business Administration.
• 2–3 years of progressive HR experience; BPO preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and disciplinary processes.
• Experience with HRIS and keeping meticulous employee records.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; integrity.

Responsibilities

• Administer HR processes to ensure policy adherence.
• Develop organizational guidelines and procedures.
• Conduct pre-investigations and assist with disciplinary actions.
• Prepare Notices to Explain and related HR documents.
• Support onboarding and employee lifecycle management.
• Maintain accurate HR databases and records.
• Handle employee inquiries and verifications (COEs, etc.).
• Assist in performance management and scorecard tracking.
• Prepare HR reports and departmental metrics.
• Support other HR projects and initiatives.
