Job summary

Insight Therapy Solutions is seeking an organized HR Associate to support day-to-day people operations in a fully remote role. The position covers recruitment, onboarding, staff records, leave and benefits coordination, performance support, and offboarding across a distributed workforce.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, discreet, and capable of handling confidential information while coordinating with local and international stakeholders to ensure HR processes are completed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, records management, attendance, leave and benefits.
• Experience in BPO, shared services, outsourcing, healthcare, or international business environment is an advantage.
• Familiarity with HR policies, employment requirements, and employee/contractor engagement arrangements.
• Experience supporting compensation, payroll coordination, and HR documentation processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from posting to offer, coordinating with hiring managers.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and facilitate feedback.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers in HR systems.
• Prepare contracts, NDAs, onboarding forms, and documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding orientation and system access requests.
• Maintain confidential staff member records and HR trackers.
• Assist with attendance, PTO, leave records, and benefits administration.
• Support performance evaluations, engagement initiatives, and retention efforts.
• Coordinate offboarding activities, including exit documentation and final payments.
• Support HR process improvements and project work.
