Job summary

Leveraged HR is seeking an experienced HR Professional for a full-time remote role in the Philippines. You will facilitate onboarding, assist in recruitment, conduct initial screenings, and support offboarding while maintaining confidential employee records.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and at least 5 years in HR, with strong MS Office skills, excellent communication, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR roles.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding for new hires by preparing orientation materials and conducting induction sessions.
• Assist in recruitment, including creating job descriptions, posting ads, sourcing candidates, and coordinating interviews.
• Conduct first round interview screening.
• Facilitate offboarding and ensure documentation and assets are returned.
• Maintain and update employee records with confidentiality.
• Address HR-related queries on policies, benefits and terms of employment.
• Assist in HR policy development and compliance with local regulations.
• Assist in performance appraisals and review support.
• Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance and leave management.
• Coordinate office operations for efficiency and policy compliance.
• Participate in HR audits to ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Provide general administrative support like emails and calls.
