Job summary

Scalis LLC is seeking an HR Generalist to provide comprehensive HR support, guidance on policies, and compliance across the employee lifecycle. You will manage onboarding, records, and performance tracking, while addressing employee relations and inquiries.

The role offers remote work with US hours, requiring strong communication, confidentiality, and a proactive approach to resolving HR issues.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–3 years of progressive experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist, preferably in a BPO.
Strong understanding of local labor laws and employment standards; experience with disciplinary processes and NTE drafting.
Familiarity with HRIS, data entry, and maintaining meticulous employee records.
Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive HR support and guidance on policies, procedures, compliance, and disciplinary actions.
Manage onboarding, employee records, and lifecycle activities for all staff.
Conduct incident pre-investigations and prepare Notices to Explain (NTE) in collaboration with HR Manager.
Support performance management, scorecard tracking, and attendance reporting.
Assist with employee relations, verifications, COEs, and internal inquiries.
