Outsource Access, Inc. is seeking a Night-Shift Staffing Coordinator to support Nurse Partners across the Greater Philadelphia area from a home office. You will monitor staffing inboxes, assemble per diem shifts, and communicate with nurses and facilities to ensure timely coverage.

The role emphasizes precision, proactive scheduling, and strong English communication. You will work 9:00 PM–5:00 AM PHT, bring your own device, and participate in weekend on-call rotations to maintain operational

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare staffing, scheduling, or recruitment.
• Zero-mistake mindset; double-check work before submission.
• Excellent English with professional phone presence and executive-level communication.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling software; experience with Teams, Indeed, and MyCloud.
• BYOD setup for night shift and availability for two on-call weekend days per month.

Responsabilités

• Monitor staffing inboxes and email threads to secure shifts quickly.
• Manage schedules and proactively adjust shifts to prevent coverage gaps.
• Coordinate with nurses across Philadelphia area counties to maximize coverage.
• Conduct pre-screening interviews and provide same-day follow-ups with next steps.
