Job summary

Outsource Access, Inc. is seeking a Patient Advocate for a remote night shift role. You will coordinate between patients, healthcare providers, and drug manufacturers to facilitate medication access at no cost, while handling sensitive data with strict confidentiality.

The role requires strong communication, data management, and adherence to HIPAA, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple systems efficiently.

Qualifications

• BS Pharmacy or Pharmacy Assistant certification is required.
• BSN licensed or underboard status is required.
• Allied Health backgrounds (Medical Technology, Biology, Health Science) may qualify.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between patients, healthcare providers, and drug manufacturers.
• Spend 40–70% of shifts on inbound/outbound calls with professional etiquette.
• Maintain patient data across multiple systems with accurate documentation.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards in all activities.
• Follow scripts and maintain high productivity with minimal supervision.
