Job summary

SuperStaff Outsourcing is seeking a Patient Authorization Coordinator for our corporate office in Makati. The role interfaces with clinical sales specialists, physicians, nurses, case managers, and patients, ensuring verified eligibility for existing patients under supervision.

The position requires strong communication, HIPAA compliance, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy, including re-authorization in Brightree/QS1 and timely insurer follow-ups. Night shift onsite.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• One year of similar experience preferred.
• Must be able to work under pressure and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Verify and document patient authorization re-authorization tasks.
• Enter dates into Brightree/QS1 and generate monthly tickler reports.
• Request clinical data from physicians as needed.
• Submit re-authorization requests to insurance companies.
• Follow up timely on re-authorization requests.
• Document information in authorization forms and systems.
• Create future authorization tasks in Brightree.
• Adhere to formulary guidelines and internal protocols.
• Request interim supplies as appropriate.
• Perform related duties as required.
