Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum of 2 years BPO experience.
• Fully equipped home office (reliable internet, stable power supply, computer).
• Quiet workspace (some tasks may involve occasional calls).

Responsabilités

• Submit prior authorizations for review.
• Review lab, imaging, and medication refill requests.
• Coordinate preventive care outreach (physicals, screenings, follow-ups).
• Manage and release medical records.
• Audit medical records for quality compliance.
• Support documentation for annual wellness exams (senior patients).
• Submit and follow up on insurance claims.
