Qualifications

• At least 3 years in business development or B2B sales, healthcare focus preferred.
• Experience selling to U.S.-based companies.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and close deals.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Comfort with outbound outreach (cold emails/calls) and LinkedIn.
• Pipeline management and target attainment experience.
• Willingness to learn CRM tools like Salesforce and Apollo.io.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue corporate mental health contracts with employers and healthcare orgs.
• Build relationships with HR directors, benefits managers, and executives.
• Generate qualified leads via outbound emails, calls, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of corporate partnerships.
• Assist with proposals, negotiations, and follow-up.
• Establish referral partnerships with physicians, hospitals, and community orgs.
• Expand patient referrals in Florida, Georgia, and California.
• Track outreach, meetings, referrals, and revenue in the CRM.
• Provide weekly reports and monthly updates; suggest lead gen improvements.
