Job summary

Bot MD is seeking a Business Development Representative to grow enterprise hospital and clinic revenue in the Philippines. You will identify, engage, and qualify healthcare prospects across clinics, hospitals, and networks, using multiple channels including WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and email.

The role emphasizes outbound and inbound prospecting, market mapping, and early relationship building with healthcare groups.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in BDR/SDR or sales with pipeline targets.
• CRM proficiency with HubSpot and sales tools.
• Fluency in English and Tagalog.
• Organised, disciplined, and data-driven.

Responsibilities

• Identify target accounts across clinics, hospitals, and networks.
• Execute outbound outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, WhatsApp.
• Conduct initial discovery calls to understand needs and workflows.
• Qualify opportunities based on ICP, budget, stakeholders.
• Articulate Bot MD's value to clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
