Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in digital marketing, ideally healthcare or US market.
• Strong familiarity with Zoho CRM for lead management and pipelines.
• Experience setting up Zoho Automations/Workflows and analytics dashboards.
• Knowledge of HIPAA considerations in marketing and data handling.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build partnerships.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, local SEO, and email automation tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead 75% digital marketing strategy and execution for US-focused client acquisition.
• Oversee paid ads, content, website SEO, and nurture campaigns via CRM workflows.
• Manage internal marketing team and ensure ethical, high-quality output.
• Develop clinical referral pipelines and B2B partnerships with medical professionals.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize CPL, ROAS, and funnel health.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership for recruitment marketing and partnerships.
