Job summary

Remote Raven is seeking a Healthcare Business Manager (Sales & Commercial Support) to help grow a US medical-device business. This 100% remote, full-time role reports to the VP of Sales & Marketing and balances commercial outreach with operational execution.

You will research hospitals and health systems, identify decision-makers, run multi-channel prospecting, and manage CRM records. The position requires strong English communication, discipline in US MST hours, and a proactive, ownership

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Available Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM US MST.
• Comfortable outbound calls and initiating conversations with prospective customers.
• Strong research and problem-solving to independently identify contacts, information, and opportunities.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated and proactive, able to take ownership of projects.
• Reliable home-office environment supporting video meetings.

Responsibilities

• Research hospitals, health systems, EMS organizations, distributors, and build target account lists.
• Identify key clinical and business decision-makers inside each target account.
• Run prospecting and lead generation across email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels.
• Develop new sales opportunities and maintain disciplined follow-up on every prospect.
• Communicate professionally with physicians, clinicians, managers, hospital leadership, distributors, and customers.
• Maintain CRM records: leads, opportunities, activities, and follow-up.
• Schedule sales meetings, product presentations, and customer follow-up.
• Support independent sales reps and distribution partners.
• Assist with marketing initiatives including social media, email campaigns, conferences, and sales materials.
• Collaborate with VP of Sales & Marketing to execute priorities.
• Provide operational support: onboarding, orders, fulfillment, and reporting.
• Learn and progressively take ownership of day-to-day business processes.
