Insight Therapy Solutions is seeking a Marketing & Partnership Manager to drive digital marketing strategy and healthcare business development for a US-based clinical practice. The role combines CRM-led growth with outbound partnerships, content creation, and SEO optimization in a fully remote setup.

You will lead an internal marketing team, manage paid campaigns targeting the US market, and nurture relationships with clinicians and referral partners.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally within healthcare or US market.
• Strong familiarity with Zoho CRM to structure and track marketing and referral pipelines.
• Experience with Zoho Automations/Workflows and Zoho SalesIQ is a plus.
• Knowledge of HIPAA considerations in marketing.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
• Understanding of Google Analytics and local SEO.

Responsibilities

• Manage Zoho CRM lead flows and lifecycle across intake to onboarding.
• Oversee internal marketing team and content workflows.
• Develop and optimize paid social media campaigns for US market.
• Collaborate on mental health content and email nurture sequences.
• Monitor website health and implement SEO improvements.
• Monitor online reviews and privacy compliance.
• Develop recruitment marketing targeting US therapists and clinicians.
• Build and manage referral networks with local professionals.
• Track and analyze CRM data and campaign performance.
