Insight Therapy Solutions is seeking a Marketing & Partnership Manager to lead our US-focused marketing and referral strategy from a remote setting. You will manage digital campaigns, content, and CRM workflows to grow patient intake while building robust clinical partnerships.

The role balances 75% marketing leadership with 25% business development, leveraging Zoho CRM for end-to-end lifecycle management and analytics to optimize funnel performance and referral channels.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally within US healthcare/clinical environments.
• Strong familiarity with Zoho CRM (lead scoring, pipelines, views) to structure and track marketing and referral pipelines.
• Experience setting up Zoho automations/workflows and dashboards is highly valued.
• Basic familiarity with US healthcare privacy standards (HIPAA considerations) in marketing contexts.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for partnerships and local community engagement.
• Solid understanding of Google Analytics, local SEO, and email automation.

Aufgaben

• CRM Pipeline & Lifecycle Management: manage marketing lead flows in Zoho CRM, tracking intake sources, monitoring conversions, and keeping data organized for the intake team.
• Team Management: oversee content creators and copywriters, ensuring cohesive social assets, resources, and campaign calendars.
• Paid Advertising Strategy: design and optimize paid social campaigns targeting the US market while reducing acquisition costs.
• Content & Intake Funnels: collaborate on mental health content to build clinical trust and guide email nurture sequences via CRM.
• Web & SEO Oversight: monitor site health and organic traffic growth for local mental health terms.
• Online Reputation Management: monitor and respond to reviews in HIPAA-conscious ways.
• Recruitment Marketing: create campaigns to attract US therapists and clinicians.
