Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare operations or related fields.
• Experience owning end-to-end processes and outcomes.
• Strong scheduling, provider coordination, and documentation workflows.
• Ability to identify root causes and independently implement solutions.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Clear communication with physicians, staff, and leadership.
• Experience creating or improving SOPs, dashboards, or workflows.
• Attention to detail with patient data, billing, and operations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Comfort with learning new tools and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own new practice onboarding from agreement through launch.
• Oversee patient journey from referral to ongoing engagement.
• Coordinate with dietitians, exercise professionals, and staff.
• Monitor documentation and billing information flow.
• Investigate issues delaying billing or revenue.
• Map workflows and redesign processes for speed and accountability.
• Build SOPs, trackers, dashboards, and checklists.
• Track KPIs across referrals, scheduling, and provider utilization.
• Provide leadership with concise performance reporting.
• Evaluate tools to simplify operations and enable AI/automation.
