Job summary

Go Lean Health is seeking an Operations Lead to build and optimize the operational engine for our healthcare services. This remote, full-time role focuses on end-to-end workflows connecting physician partners, staff, and patients, with emphasis on scheduling, documentation, and revenue processes.

You will own onboarding, patient engagement, provider coordination, and KPI reporting, while implementing automation to reduce repetitive work and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare operations or related fields.
• Experience owning processes and outcomes, not just tasks.
• Strong knowledge of patient scheduling, provider coordination, and documentation workflows.
• Ability to identify problems, investigate root causes, and implement solutions.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own new practice onboarding from agreement through launch, including referral, scheduling, and billing workflows.
• Oversee patient journey from referral to ongoing engagement and track cancellations or no-shows.
• Coordinate with dietitians, exercise professionals, and staff to ensure availability and coverage.
• Monitor documentation and billing flows; resolve issues delaying revenue.
• Map and redesign workflows; build SOPs, trackers, dashboards, and templates.
