Qualifications

• Experience in an operational, administrative, fulfillment, or similar role.
• Strong time management, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Curious and resourceful approach with problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent attention to detail and proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Comfortable in technical environments and learning new systems; CRM experience a plus.
• Previous fulfillment or logistics experience is highly regarded.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage hardware orders and fulfillment activities, ensuring customers receive their equipment accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with internal teams, distributors, suppliers, and courier partners to facilitate shipments and delivery-related issues.
• Oversee hardware returns, warranty claims, and replacement processes, guiding customers through the RMA process.
• Monitor and manage requests across multiple systems and channels (Zendesk, Salesforce, NetSuite, Slack).
• Provide timely updates to internal stakeholders and customers regarding orders and inquiries.
• Contribute to operational projects and other fulfillment initiatives to support success and customer experience.
