Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge in order processing, sales coordination, inventory availability, delivery scheduling, and customer account management.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to resolve inquiries, complaints, and concerns effectively.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with warehouse, logistics, sales, and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
