Job summary

Lewis Personnel Management is seeking an experienced Order Management specialist for a remote role in the Philippines. You will review, validate, and fulfill POs for software licenses, subscriptions, and services, ensuring alignment with pricing and revenue guidelines.

You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Fulfillment to resolve discrepancies, maintain data integrity, and deliver timely order processing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in order management or sales operations, preferably SaaS or tech.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional and collaborative demeanor.
• Experience managing global or international clients.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate, process, and fulfill customer POs for software licenses, subscriptions, services, and renewals in ERP/CRM systems.
• Ensure orders comply with policies, pricing, and revenue recognition guidelines.
• Act as primary liaison between Sales, Finance, Legal, and Fulfillment to resolve discrepancies and expedite cycles.
• Maintain and update customer master data, pricing, and product catalogs in the order system.
• Identify and resolve order holds, billing errors, and configuration issues promptly.
• Generate reports on order volume, bottlenecks, backlog, and key metrics.
• Maintain records for all processed orders and communications.
