Job summary

Hatasu Philippines is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage inventory, fulfill orders, and ensure parts are correctly picked and tested. The role includes maintaining stock accuracy, coordinating with teams, and ensuring safety compliance.

You will work closely with sales and customer service to maintain accurate stock levels, uphold safety standards, and generate regular warehouse reports on activities and inventory. This position requires attention to detail and physical stamina.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
• Experience in a warehouse or spare parts environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer use.
• Ability to lift heavy items and stay on feet for long periods.
• Strong organizational and tracking skills for restocking and locating items.
• Attention to detail to ensure correct parts are picked and inventory is accurate.
• Good communication with team members, supervisors, and suppliers.
• Basic problem-solving and safety awareness in warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control inventory levels and update the inventory system.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and on time; handle related documents.
• Inspect parts, ensure they are in good condition, and test returned in warranty items.
• Keep the warehouse organized, label items, and maintain a clean workspace.
• Follow health and safety regulations and wear proper safety gear.
• Perform routine checks and maintenance of warehouse equipment.
• Coordinate with sales and customer service to resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse activities and inventory levels.
