Qualifications

About the role

This role involves managing order processing and fulfillment operations, coordinating with sales teams, warehouses, and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of customer orders. You will monitor inventory levels, track deliveries, manage documentation, and execute fleet and transportation operations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, process, and monitor sales orders from order confirmation through fulfillment

• Verify order details, quantities, pricing, delivery schedules, and other required information

• Coordinate with the Sales Team regarding order status, changes, and fulfillment requirements

• Monitor pending, released, completed, and cancelled orders

• Ensure timely resolution of order discrepancies and fulfillment issues

• Coordinate with warehouses regarding product availability and order allocation

• Monitor inventory levels to support timely order fulfillment

• Coordinate product picking, preparation, and release based on approved orders

• Coordinate delivery schedules with customers, warehouses, drivers, and logistics providers

• Monitor deliveries and provide timely updates on order status

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.

• At least 1–2 years of experience in order fulfillment, logistics, order processing, inventory coordination, distribution, or related functions.

• Experience in sales order processing, delivery coordination, and warehouse coordination is preferred.

• Knowledgeable in order-to-delivery processes, inventory monitoring, and logistics coordination.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Good coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work with customers, sales teams, warehouses, drivers, and logistics providers.

• Valid driver's license and ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles is preferred/required if driving is part of the role.

• Basic knowledge of fleet operations and vehicle documentation is an advantage.

• Willing to travel or conduct field coordination when necessary.

• Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple orders and tasks simultaneously.

• Able to work under pressure and meet delivery and fulfillment deadlines.

• Preferably based in or willing to be assigned in Hagonoy, Davao del Sur.
