You will manage shipping-related tickets from start to finish, confirm details, create labels, and keep customers updated on tracking and delays.

Responsibilities

Manage shipping-related tickets from initial request through completion.
Confirm shipment details and create shipping labels when equipment is ready.
Send customers clear email updates on tracking, delivery timing, delays, and missing shipments.
Research shipment issues and respond to customer questions using the appropriate systems.
Coordinate with the hardware team or vendors for additional action.
Keep ticketing and shipping systems accurate and up to date.
Resolve routine shipping and customer issues independently and escalate when needed.
Learn and follow the company’s hardware, shipping, and IT processes.
