Job summary

Avid is seeking an RMA Specialist to join our Customer Care team in Manila. You will bridge the gap between technical diagnosis and fulfillment, generating accurate RMAs, tracking cases in Salesforce, and coordinating with the operations group to move hardware replacements quickly.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in customer service, strong English communication, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for delivering world- class support.

Qualifications

• Minimum of at least two years’ experience in customer service, preferably handling return merchandise for technology products.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Must possess excellent attention to detail, and outstanding organizational skills.
• Passionate about our customers and has strong commitment to provide the customer with a world- class support experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills, curious, fast learner.
• Experience with and knowledge of Avid hardware is very desirable.

Responsibilities

• Generate accurate RMAs and cases in Salesforce.
• Liaise with operations on inventory levels, availability, and fulfillment.
• Update Salesforce cases and RMAs accurately.
• Advise on hardware to GCC and understand RMA process variants.
• Work with end users to fulfill reverse logistics and close RMAs.
