• 8+ years of relevant experience with exceptional attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• System experience in SFDC and Workday.
• Proactive problem-solving to address inquiries, improve processes, and take initiative.
• Process-oriented thinking for maintaining, improving, and creating efficient workflows leveraging AI tools.
• Strong organizational & time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Clear & professional communication for effective collaboration with project managers and stakeholders.
• Sense of ownership & accountability for managing key operational areas end-to-end, able to work across time zones.
• Analytical mindset to interpret data, monitor budgets, and identify improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Set up and modify active projects in Workday and Anaplan based on opportunities.
• Monitor the Services Operations email inbox and ensure handoffs from presales to post-sales are completed.
• Deliver reporting on key metrics and trends for leadership review.
• Run the end-of-month close for Workday and ensure all hour submissions are finalized.
• Monitor weekly hours, project statuses, and budgets; follow up with Project Managers on anomalies.
• Run compliance reports and communicate with Project Managers about closures or updates.
• Send weekly and monthly timesheet reminders to resources with missing hours; coordinate with regional leads.
• Identify areas for automation and leverage AI tools to streamline processes.
