Job summary

Keyrus in Manila, Philippines is seeking an ambitious Project Manager - EPM Implementation to lead enterprise planning deployments and complex transformations. You will drive end-to-end Anaplan implementations, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

The role requires 5–10 years of PM experience, strong planning and communication skills, and willingness to travel in a multi-cultural environment. Open to additional languages and certifications.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience delivering technology and business projects, with proven enterprise transformation leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• Proven experience in project management with a focus on Anaplan or similar planning tools.
• Strong understanding of planning and analysis processes.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal; other languages a plus.
• Willingness to travel and collaborate in a multi-cultural environment.
• Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Anaplan or other certifications are a plus.
• ClickUp experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans with timelines, milestones, and resources.
• Manage project scope, risks, and issues to ensure timely delivery.
• Support Solution Architecture and delivery teams with end-to-end Anaplan implementation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs and expectations.
• Foster effective communication to keep stakeholders informed and gather feedback.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams, providing leadership for cohesive Anaplan deployment.
• Develop training materials and conduct sessions for end-users of Anaplan.
• Create and maintain documentation for Anaplan configurations and best practices.
• Implement QA processes to ensure builds meet requirements.
