Job summary

Anaplan is seeking a tenacious Renewals Specialist to manage renewals from Manila in a large-scale SaaS environment. You will own renewal processes, coordinate with Customer Success and Sales, and handle expansions or add-ons where applicable.

You will negotiate terms, resolve issues, and support customers across the AMER region while operating remotely. A four-year degree and strong deal-structure knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of SaaS renewals, sales, customer success, or account management experience, preferably in a mid-market/commercial segment within an Enterprise SaaS org.
• Willingness to work in the US time zone, remotely from Manila, Philippines.
• Excellent understanding of deal support topics (pricing, deal structuring, contracting).
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to understand Anaplan's products and goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of renewals with on-time execution and Contract/Quote processing in Salesforce.
• Support renewal cycles by engaging customers via video, email, phone, or in person when possible.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales to enable renewals, expansions, and add-ons.
• Negotiate renewal terms and resolve issues affecting renewal outcomes.
• Coordinate commercial aspects of customer conversions to newer offerings and strategic reviews of customer landscape.
• Answer questions from customers and internal GTM teams about renewals and contracts.
• Review and confirm contract terms with finance, deal desk, and legal ensuring compliance.
• Maintain a 180-day rolling forecast of renewals and archive all contractual docs.
