Responsibilities

• Set up and manage projects in Workday and Anaplan based on opportunities, and monitor inquiries.
• Facilitate a project close, track Go-Lives, and capture key learnings from the field.
• Deliver weekly flash reports; analyze trends for leadership.
• Run end-of-month close in Workday; escalate missing submissions or approvals.
• Monitor weekly hours and budgets; follow up with Project Managers on anomalies.
• Run compliance reports and communicate updates; send reminders.
• Identify automation opportunities and apply AI tools to streamline processes.
