Anaplan, a leading SaaS company, is seeking a tenacious Renewals Specialist based in Manila. This full-time, remote role supports clients across the US time zones and involves managing renewals and contract execution.

You will collaborate with Customer Success and Sales, negotiate renewal terms, and help customers migrate from legacy to new offerings while maintaining accurate forecasts and contract documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of SaaS renewals, sales, customer success, or account management experience.
• Willingness to work in the US time zone; remote from Manila, Philippines.
• Familiarity with deal support – pricing, contracting, renewal terms.
• Proficiency with Windows, Excel, Word and CRM systems (SFDC a plus).
• Four-year college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of renewals and ensure on-time execution of renewals.
• Support renewal cycles with customers via video, email, phone, or in-person interactions.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales to provide seamless renewal support.
• Negotiate renewal terms and manage conversions from legacy to newer offerings.
• Maintain a 180-day rolling forecast of renewals and archive all contractual documentation.
• Respond to questions from customers and internal teams about renewals.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
