Job summary

BruntWork is building a global partner network for a membership-based hotel booking platform. You will reach hotel operators and property owners worldwide, presenting a cost-saving model and guiding sign-ups.

This fully remote contractor role requires high-volume outreach (about 100 calls per day), strong persuasion, excellent communication, and the ability to manage leads independently in a dynamic growth environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, ideally within hospitality or travel.
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism and energy.
• Strong organizational skills to manage lead pipelines and follow-up schedules.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct approximately 100 outbound calls per day to hotel operators and property owners worldwide to promote the platform.
• Present the membership-based business model and its advantages over commission-based competitors.
• Handle inbound calls from prospects who have received marketing materials and assist them through the sign-up process.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective hotel and property partners.
• Track outreach activity and follow up with leads to drive conversions.
• Provide clear and compelling explanations of the platform's value proposition to decision-makers.
