• High attention to detail for handling contracts, billing, and tax filings.

Responsibilities

• Lead client intake and onboarding; ensure service agreements are signed and client portals activated.
• Act as CRM administrator: build, update, and monitor automated workflows and project pipelines.
• Monitor the client portal daily to acknowledge, organise, and process incoming files for the technical team.
• Draft and file Power of Attorney forms, handle compliance documentation, and process renewals.
