BruntWork is seeking a Pricing Specialist to own dynamic pricing across 50+ short-term rental properties. You will drive revenue growth, maximize occupancy, and align pricing with business goals, using Price Labs and data-driven insights.

The role focuses on revenue optimization and market analysis, enabling competitive profitability while managing daily pricing strategy and portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• Experience using Price Labs or similar dynamic pricing software for short-term rentals.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret pricing, market, and occupancy data.
• Excellent communication to present pricing strategy to leadership.
• Ability to work independently and own portfolio pricing performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize dynamic nightly pricing across 50+ properties using Price Labs.
• Analyze booking performance data to identify revenue opportunities and yield improvements.
• Monitor local market trends, seasonality, and competitor pricing to stay competitive.
• Refine and execute pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue across the portfolio.
• Generate regular performance reports and provide pricing updates to leadership.
• Support onboarding of new properties by establishing baseline pricing and market position.
