Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a detail-oriented Listing Optimization Specialist (Airbnb, Booking.com) with 3+ years of experience to manage 50+ short-term rental properties. You will optimize listings, audit descriptions, and curate visuals to drive visibility and bookings, working remotely during GMT hours.

The role emphasizes autonomous, proactive ownership and ongoing platform updates to keep properties competitive across major channels.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Airbnb and Booking.com listing management and platform SEO
Strong copywriting skills for engaging, conversion-focused descriptions
Solid understanding of the short-term rental and serviced accommodation industry
Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, autonomous work style
Highly organized with ability to manage multiple onboarding projects

Responsibilities

Optimize property listings across major platforms to maximize visibility and bookings
Audit and update listing content, descriptions, amenities, and house rules
Curate high-quality photo galleries and ensure strategic visual presentation
