Job summary

Scale Suite, a Sydney-based company, is hiring a Finance Analyst for our Philippines team. You will work Australian business hours (7:00am–3:30pm Manila time), fully remote with no night shift, and contribute to weekly client work while learning under senior review.

As you perform bookkeeping, payroll, BAS, and cash flow tasks, you will grow toward senior roles. Training in Australian systems is provided, with direct employment and a clear path to Senior Finance Analyst.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance with Honours from a Top 4 Philippine university.
• CPA or actively pursuing CPA.
• At least 1 year of hands-on bookkeeping, accounting or payroll experience.
• Willingness to master Xero and Australian systems. Training provided.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets; forecasting and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Carry out bookkeeping, bank reconciliations and month-end entries for Australian clients.
• Process payroll accurately, meeting Australian taxation and superannuation obligations.
• Support receivables, payables and BAS preparation; build cash flow models.
• Help build scalable finance processes using AI to remove manual work.
• Work with Australian clients directly under structured senior review to learn quickly.
