Job summary

D2B is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst for a remote role in the Philippines. You will analyze financial data, prepare reports and forecasts, and support decision-making with accurate insights. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in financial analysis, familiarity with Xero/MYOB, and experience with Tableau or Power BI.

CPA/CFA is preferred; experience with ANZ accounts is required. This full-time position offers a 100% remote setup, a competitive PHP 80,000–110,000 monthly salary, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
CPA or CFA (Level I or above) highly preferred.
3–5 years of experience in financial analysis.
Experience supporting Australian or New Zealand accounts is required.
Proficiency in Xero and MYOB is mandatory.

Responsibilities

Analyze financial data and prepare regular reports, forecasts, and variance analyses.
Monitor business performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Support budgeting and financial planning processes.
Prepare management reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for strategic decisions.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data; maintain models and tools.
Support ad hoc financial analysis as needed.
