Job summary

Scale Suite Pty Ltd is seeking a senior delivery lead for the Philippine team to own client work end-to-end, set technical standards for analysts, and collaborate directly with Australian founders. This is a career-defining role with growth toward leadership as we scale.

You will handle advanced bookkeeping, payroll, and BAS for Australian clients, while designing scalable finance processes and leveraging AI to drive efficiency and insight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field with Honours from a Top 4 Philippine university.
• Qualified CPA in the Philippines, a must.
• 3+ years across bookkeeping, accounting or payroll with technical excellence in at least one area.
• Willingness to master Xero and Australian financial systems; prior experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery for a portfolio of Australian clients including advanced bookkeeping, bank reconciliations and month-end close.
• Run payroll with precision, adhering to Australian taxation, superannuation and statutory obligations; analyse variances.
• Manage receivables, payables and BAS preparation with growing exposure to financial models and cash flow work.
• Design scalable finance processes using technology and AI to lift efficiency across multiple clients.
• Partner directly with Australian businesses, providing client-facing insights that shape decisions.
• Review analyst work and set technical standards as the team grows.

Scale Suite is a Sydney-based company on a mission to build the full-stack finance function for growing Australian businesses: daily finance operations, reporting and analysis, and CFO-level strategy, delivered as one embedded team. Finance is the core, and we mould around each client, with complementary HR services and the operational tasks that sit alongside finance. We are not an accounting practice and we are not a BPO. Every team member gets a Claude Pro subscription, AI is in daily use, deeper automation is around the corner, and an engineering team is coming on board in the near future to build it. Our Philippines team is central to everything we deliver, and it is growing fast.

The role

This is a senior seat in our Philippines team. You take ownership of client delivery end to end, set the technical standard for the analysts around you, and work directly with Australian founders and their teams. It is a career-defining role for someone who wants complex work, real responsibility and a clear run at leadership as we scale.

The work

Own delivery for a portfolio of Australian clients: advanced bookkeeping, bank reconciliations and month-end close, done properly and on time, while spotting trends and opportunities to improve.

Run payroll with precision, ensuring compliance with Australian taxation, superannuation and statutory obligations, and analyse variances rather than just processing them.

Manage receivables, payables and BAS preparation, with growing exposure to financial models and cash flow work.

Design scalable finance processes, using technology and AI to lift efficiency and consistency across multiple clients.

Partner directly with Australian businesses: client-facing, professional, and trusted with insights that shape real decisions.

Review analyst work and set the technical standard as the team grows.

Who we're after

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field with Honours from a Top 4 Philippine university.

Qualified CPA in the Philippines. This is a must.

3 or more years across bookkeeping, accounting or payroll, with proven technical excellence in at least one area.

Eagerness to master Xero and Australian financial systems. Prior Australian or Xero experience is not required; we will train you.

Advanced Excel and Google Sheets, with a willingness to build skills in forecasting, variance analysis and data-driven problem solving.

Exceptional written and spoken English, comfortable engaging Australian clients and presenting complex work with clarity.

A growth mindset, real initiative and a taste for intellectual challenge. You use AI as a matter of course.
