Job summary

Judge Accountants seeks an AU Bookkeeper with strong Australian bookkeeping experience for a remote Philippines-based role. The position runs on a day shift from 7am to 3pm Manila time, with work-from-home setup and opportunities to travel to AU.

You will handle bookkeeping, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliations, providing services across client operations. A detail-focused, proactive candidate with 2+ years’ AU bookkeeping experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of experience as an Australian Bookkeeper.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload.
• Proficiency in cloud-based and server-based applications; QuickBooks, MYOB and XERO knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping.
• Verifying financial statements, ledgers and accounts and making corrections where appropriate.
• Financial reporting; budgeting and forecasting, analysis and reconciliations.
• Providing accounting services to all areas of the client business as necessary.
• Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.
