Job summary

Scale Suite is a Sydney-based company delivering embedded finance services, now expanding its Philippines team. The role focuses on FP&A, financial modelling, and reporting for Australian clients, with training and growth opportunities.

You will work remotely from the Philippines, aligned to Australian business hours, and engage directly with founders and boards. Strong English, reliability, and self-management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years in FP&A, audit or corporate finance.
• Big 4 training is a plus.
• Strong university record.
• Excellent in Excel; Xero experience is a plus and trainable.
• Strong written English and remote-work discipline.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models, including multi-year builds with sensitivity analysis.
• Own weekly cash flow forecasts across a portfolio of clients.
• Prepare monthly reporting packs for founders and boards.
• Support capital raises, financing negotiations, due diligence on live deals.
• Jump on ad-hoc analysis as clients need it and deliver quickly.
• Collaborate with the Finance Team Lead for structured senior review and growth.
