Job summary
MicroSourcing in Metro Manila, Philippines, is seeking a Finance Administrative Assistant for a full‑time remote night‑shift role. This position is work‑from‑home with a rotating set of tasks within the finance team and reports to the Finance Lead, Valencia.
The salary is 36,000–45,000 PHP per month, with day‑one healthcare and other competitive benefits. You will download bank statements and payments into Netsuite, reconcile deposits, process supplier invoices, perform PO matching, credit card
Qualifications
- Experience with bank statement processing in accounting.
- Proficiency with Netsuite.
- Experience with payment platforms (Adyen, PayPal).
- Experience with accounts receivable/payable.
Responsibilities
- Download bank statements and upload into Netsuite, ensuring correct posting.
- Download payment batches from Adyen and PayPal and upload into Netsuite.
- Match customer deposits with open items.
- Assist with Purchase Order matching.
- Process incoming invoices from suppliers.
- Perform credit card matching.
- Handle finance tickets via Dixa.
- Support AR/AP colleagues.
