Job summary

Scale Suite Pty Ltd is seeking a senior delivery lead for the Philippine team to own client work end-to-end, set technical standards for analysts, and collaborate directly with Australian founders. This is a career-defining role with growth toward leadership as we scale.

You will handle advanced bookkeeping, payroll, and BAS for Australian clients, while designing scalable finance processes and leveraging AI to drive efficiency and insight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field with Honours from a Top 4 Philippine university.
• Qualified CPA in the Philippines, a must.
• 3+ years across bookkeeping, accounting or payroll with technical excellence in at least one area.
• Willingness to master Xero and Australian financial systems; prior experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery for a portfolio of Australian clients including advanced bookkeeping, bank reconciliations and month-end close.
• Run payroll with precision, adhering to Australian taxation, superannuation and statutory obligations; analyse variances.
• Manage receivables, payables and BAS preparation with growing exposure to financial models and cash flow work.
• Design scalable finance processes using technology and AI to lift efficiency across multiple clients.
• Partner directly with Australian businesses, providing client-facing insights that shape decisions.
• Review analyst work and set technical standards as the team grows.
