Cube Care is seeking highly organized Virtual Assistants for a Field Maintenance Coordination role. You will liaise between field crews and remote project managers, manage schedules, monitor attendance and performance, and ensure adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in field operations, construction, manufacturing or project coordination.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the confidence to enforce standards.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and scheduling abilities.
• Experience with attendance tracking, performance monitoring, and employee accountability.
• Familiarity with invoicing and basic administrative process.
• Proficient with remote communication and project management tools.
• Able to make sound decisions and resolve issues independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily communication between field crews and remote project managers
• Coordinate schedules and communication between hospitals, warehouse, laundry and other department.
• Create and manage schedules for field employees and adjust staffing as project needs change.
• Monitor employee attendance, productivity and work performance.
• Hold team members accountable for deadlines, workmanship, and company standards
• Address poor-quality work promptly and professionally, documenting issues as needed.
• Track project progress and provide accurate status updates to management
• Prepare and process invoices and other project-related documentation
• Ensure field operations remain organized, efficient and aligned with project timelines.
