• Must have a bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years in Sales or Key Account Management in FMCG/consumer goods.
• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Highly data-driven with proficient MS Excel capabilities.
• Agile, self-motivated with growth mindset and detail-oriented.
• Willing to do field work within GMA and nearby provinces; fresh grads welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Developing top key customers through the execution of differentiated national and customized activities.
• Maintaining regular customer engagement to further build business and relationship.
• Ensuring stock availability, replenishment across all branches, visibility and merchandising of products in-store.
• Responsible for leading field execution teams to ensure perfect basics, efficient store operations, and competitive growth.
• Planning and executing category-growing initiatives (both online and offline) to win in the customer via cross-functional engagement and stakeholder management.
• Responsible for point-of-purchase excellence based on agreed key performance indicators.
• Ensuring successful new store openings by making Unilever brands stand out inside the store.
