Job summary

GoLean Health is hiring a highly organized Executive Virtual Assistant to support a growing family entertainment business remotely. You will handle customer communications, booking support, lead tracking, and community outreach while coordinating with the owner and a US-based team.

The role requires strong English communication, proactive task management, and comfort with overnight hours in Manila aligned to Central Time. This is a hands-on, multi-faceted operations position.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English for professional calls and emails.
• Ability to manage multiple follow-ups and deadlines with attention to detail.
• Experience as an Executive VA, EA, or Operations VA is preferred.
• Comfortable working remotely with a US-based team.
• Proactive, organized, and able to build processes and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via calls, emails, and messages; manage inquiries promptly.
• Track leads and bookings; perform outreach to schools, groups, and community partners.
