Job summary

GoLean Health is seeking an organized Executive Virtual Assistant to be a dependable remote operations partner for a family entertainment business. This role supports a founder or busy team with calendar, emails, and follow-ups while handling customer communications and bookings.

You will also manage CRM, outreach, and day-to-day operations, coordinating campaigns and vendor communications to keep marketing and programs on track.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English for professional calls and emails.
• Experience as an Executive VA or similar coordination role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize requests and manage deadlines.
• Comfortable working with a US-based team remotely.
• Willingness to overnight hours in Manila for US Central Time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls, emails, voicemails, and inquiries promptly.
• Assist with birthday parties, group visits, memberships, and inquiries.
• Maintain CRM contacts, opportunities, and follow-up dates.
