WorkStackOS is hiring a full-time Executive Sales Assistant to support leadership remotely. You will manage client outreach, scheduling, email, pipeline reporting, and onboarding tasks while coordinating with a distributed team and leveraging AI tools to streamline processes.

Responsabilidades

• Enter and maintain contact records, deals, and lead-source details; log notes.
• Provide status updates in team meetings and support back-office tasks.
