Inside Out Hiring, a remote-first real estate education and coaching organization, is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the CEO and leadership across a globally distributed team.

The role begins with hands-on operational backfill, learning the business inside-out, documenting SOPs, and building dashboards. You will manage calendars, inboxes, and cross-functional workflows while applying AI tools to optimize daily processes.

Formación

• 3+ years in an executive assistant or remote operations role supporting senior leadership.
• Proactive, independent ownership with ability to handle ambiguity.
• Hands-on AI tooling experience (ChatGPT, Claude) to optimize workflows.
• Experience mapping SOPs and building tracking dashboards.
• Excellent written and spoken English; liaise with US leadership.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, CRMs, and Bill.com.
• Nice-to-have background in real estate or digital marketing/coaching.

Responsabilidades
