Job summary
WeAssist is a founder-led paid social advertising agency that supports home-service and wellness clients with Meta ads. The candidate will act as the Executive Sales Assistant, using AI tools to drive efficiency, manage a fast-moving sales pipeline, and coordinate client onboarding.
This remote role fits team expansion during a scale phase and offers strong growth potential. The position emphasizes calendar management, client communications, and collaboration with the founder to push initiatives
Qualifications
- Experience in fast-paced agency operations, digital marketing, or Meta ads.
- Proficient with AI tools and chat-based workflows for sales.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Ability to manage pipelines, follow-ups and client interactions.
Responsibilities
- Support sales with lead nurturing, pipeline management, and scheduling.
- Review calls and draft tailored post-call recaps and proposals.
- Coordinate onboarding, sign-offs, and client handoffs with minimal oversight.
- Manage calendars, reminders and appointment confirmations to reduce no-shows.
- Oversee AI tools and ensure SOPs are documented and followed.
- Maintain CRM data accuracy and track deal stages and next steps.
